Sean McFarlane

Sean is a corporate lawyer who more than simply dabbles in sport. As one of Scotland’s preeminent long distance triathletes and adventure racers, his passion lies in effectively combining business and sport. Doing deals, setting standards and building trust is what Sean is all about. Alongside “the law”, as a respected coach and sports journalist, Sean’s knowledge and understanding of performance sport is considerable.

Colin Gregor
Rugby Consultant

With 12 years experience of professional rugby, Colin knows what it takes to compete on the world stage. Colin amassed over 120 appearances for Glasgow Warriors and was captain of Scotland 7s. He played, and led, Scotland at 7s World Cups and Commonwealth Games. Now a rugby analyst with BBC Scotland, Colin also works on improving performance in business through tools, lessons and experiences gained in professional sport. He is Athlete Director on the Commonwealth Games Scotland Board.

Dougie Vipond

A passion, bordering on obsession for sport is what drives Dougie. For almost 20 years, he’s worked as a freelance broadcaster for BBC Sport, presenting in locations from Dundee to Dubai and many in between. Dougie is also a founder member of the band Deacon Blue, so clearly understands what a client needs from a good manager. Having developed a vast range of impressively strong corporate relationships, he is perfectly placed to plug in clients to all manner of commercial environments.
